Holyhead 13pts Bangor 7pts
HOLYHEAD earned a measure of revenge for their Inter-Cup defeat with a hard-earned Division Three North win against struggling Bangor.
The home side played with the wind and slope in the first half, but missed several scoring opportunities, apart from a converted try and a penalty.
Bangor were pushed around in the scrum, but hooker Carl Roberts did some great work under pressure from the home side.
The visitors fought back in the second half, with the boot of outside half Dafydd Roberts particularly fruitful, but several point scoring chances went to waste.

Bangor’s resurgence was quashed, however, when Holyhead ensured the win with a penalty.
