Menai Bridge won by 87 runs.
ROBBIE Jones put in an outstanding performance with the bat to strengthen Menai Bridge’s grip on the Premier Division.
Shane Mott (three for 42) and Iwan Roberts dispatched openers Luke Jones and Nathan Shearer, but the tide turned with Jones at the crease.
Jones carried the load for his team with 93 - although the home side struggled after he was bowled out by Sion Gwyn - and Menai Bridge were eventually all out for 202.
Robert Marshall’s 43 was the sole highlight for Bangor after the interval, and the usually dependable Duncan Midgley was bowled out for five by Scott Thomas (two for 28), while Mott was also an early casualty, caught out for three.
The home attack of Carl Thomas (four for 36), Gerallt Roberts (two for 23), Thomas and Ashley Wood (two for seven) restricted Bangor to 115 all out.
The win put Menai Bridge 22 points ahead of Pontblyddyn in second place.

Conwy won by eight wickets
IAN Buchanan’s creditable 43 could not prevent defeat as Division One strugglers Pesda sunk without trace at home to mid table Conwy.
Ioan Ceredig Williams tore through the Bethesda order with four for 21, while Shaun Davies (two for no loss) and Jake Longmore (two for 21) also gave the home batsmen a tough time.
Things did not improve for Pesda in attack, as openers Shaun and Daniel Davies notched up 48 and 23 respectively. Philip Michael Davies (22 not out) and Rajjenu Britto (four not out) took Conwy to a winning total of 100 for two.

GARETH Thomas gave a good performance in attack as Anglesey Aluminium overcame a shaky start to earn the win at Penrhos Farm.
Dafydd Rhys Spens dispatched Bodedern’s openers James Jones and Barry Lander for seven and four respectively, but Edward Gadsby steadied the innings with 55, before he was bowled by James Taylor.
Carl Jones hit an unbeaten 40 just 23 balls, hitting Elliott Rylance's (two for 36 off five overs) last over for 22, as Bodedern reached 173 for seven.
Despite a steady start from openers David Hilton and James Taylor, they were undone by Gareth Thomas (four for 21) and Ed Gadsby (three for 22), and succumbed to 116.

Ruthin 89 all out
Bodedern win by three wickets
BODEDERN grabbed their first win in four games in a hard fought match at Presaddfed.
Ruthin elected to bat, but collapsed from 50 without loss to 89 all out, thanks mainly to a stunning showing from Dewi Hood.
Hood reeked havoc in the Bodedern attack with seven for 15 off eight overs, while 13-year-old Jordan Taylor weighed in with three catches and a run out.
In reply, Brian Hughes eeked out a gritty 24 not out and 'keeper James Hamilton posted 17 to steer Bodedern to 92 for seven.

Anglesey Aluminium won by 87 runs
DAVID Pudge and Dave Woodruff put in a solid opening partnership in difficult conditions to spur Anglesey Aluminium Seconds to victory at the John Summers Sports Ground.
Danny Williams scored 33, but the rest of the Anglesey order was dispatched cheaply, with three removed for ducks.Graham Houghton (40 not out) was the standout performer for Maeshafn, but good showing from the Bodedern attack left the home side all out for 143 off 41 overs.

Menai Bridge II won by four wickets
MENAI Bridge’s bowlers did the damage in attack as Bangor Seconds were defeated at the Ty Newydd Ground.
Opener Qasim Ijaz (29) and Faisal Kahn (35) made a decent stand for Bangor, before Ijaz was caught out by Cefyn Owen off a Daniel Surgey ball.
Chris Williams (27) and John Davies (40) helped Menai Bridge to a decent start at the crease, while Nick Preston (21 not) and Andrew Wannop (18 not out) saw the home side through with four wickets to spare.

Menai Bridge won by two wickets
SION Riley stood firm to hit 92 and propel Menai Bridge III to victory at Northop.
Mathew Price hit 52 for Northop, while Wayne Totty took four for 40 runs for the visitors, as the home side reached 151 for nine.
While Menai Bridge suffered a number of early losses - including two out for a duck - Riley held out before he was bowled by Harry Bartlem.
