BREAKING NEWS - Man arrested in Caernarfon on suspicion of murder

A MAN was arrested in the early hours of this morning on suspicion of murder.
Police arrested the man in Caernarfon.

A murder inquiry was launched by Greater Manchester Police after a 19-year-old woman was found dead in Tameside.

A spokesman for the police said: "Shortly after 6.05pm on Monday, July 14, police were called to an address on Windermere Road, Hyde, following reports a woman had been assaulted.

"Officers attended and discovered the body of a woman, believed to be 19 years old.

"Inquiries into the cause of death and the circumstances surrounding it are underway.

"A post-mortem is due to take place later today.

"A man was arrested in the early hours of Tuesday, July 15, in North Wales on suspicion of murder, and remains in police custody for questioning."
