A MAN arrested after a suspicious package was sent to MI6 headquarters is to appear in court on drugs charges.
Aly Akbar Khan, 52, of Caernarfon was charged with possession of heroin with intent to supply.
He will appear in custody at Caernarfon Magistrates' Court today.
A suspicious package was found at the MI6 building on the Albert Embankment on Wednesday.
A second package was intercepted at a sorting office in south London on Thursday.
Mr Khan and another man, 21, were arrested at separate addresses in Caernarfon on Friday morning under Section 4 of the Explosives Act in a joint operation by Metropolitan Police and the North Wales force.
A 21-year-old man has been released on police bail to return pending further enquiries.
Police searched two properties in Caernarfon over the weekend.
