WEDNESDAY, MAY 12
• Malcolm Edwards RCA Broagwch A Love for my Land exhibition will be showing at the Royal Cambrian Academy, Conwy
Showing in the Upper Gallery until May 23, this selection of solitary ruins, dwellings, and farms captures the essence of the landscape.

• The Rising Slowly exhibition will be on display at the Library Gallery, Denbigh
Taking oceanographic and scientific research as a starting point, Angelsey based Helen Grove-White explores climate change and sea level rises in this powerful video on display until May 22.

• My Community exhibition will be held at the Library Arts Centre, Rhyl
Running until June 12, this assorted collection of photography, poetry and arts and crafts brings together a selection of work by local artists.

• An exhibition titled Reflections will be showing at Venue Cymru, Llandudno
Running until May 26, this visually stimulating and thought provoking collection brings together new works from the award-winning photographer Llinos Lanini and new pieces of exquisite jewellery from Andrew Coomber.

• 7:30pm - The Sound Of Music will be showing at Venue Cymru, Llandudno

THURSDAY, MAY 13
• 1:30pm - Art Classes will be held in Dan's Den Shop, Colwyn Bay
Running every Thursday, the classes will be held in the shop by WH Smith. All materials are supplied including oils, acrylics and watercolours. Admission costs £5 with proceeds going towards Dan's Den. For more information call 01492 546346.

• 2pm - The Solid Gold Variety Afternoon will be held at the Queens Hotel, Llandudno
Running every Thursday, entertainers Jill and Alun Taylor will be presenting an afternoon of bingo, a nostalgia music quiz, spot prizes,mixed dancing and music. Everyone is welcome to come along, with admission costing £2. For more information, call Jill on 07798 565042.

• 7:30pm - Mark Beaumont will be appearing at the Pavilion Theatre, Rhyl

FRIDAY, MAY 14
• 10am - Ballroom Dancing to live music will be held at the Community Centre, Craig Y Don
Phil & Margaret Hampson will be hosting the event each week including refreshments. The couple will also be holding a Tea Dance every Friday afternoon between 2pm-4pm at St John's Methodist Church Hall.

• 7:30pm - Blooming Marvellous will be performing live at the Pavilion Theatre, Rhyl

• 8pm - A Charity Band Night will be held at he Rhyl Naval Sports and Social Club, Rhyl
This special fundraising gig in aid of The Joshua Foundation will feature live music by Junebug, The Red Comets, Gary Nelson, Jay Garnett, Gary Whitehead, Simon Burrows and Kris J Davis. Admission costs £3 and is strictly over 18s only. For more information call Kat on 07814573812.

• 10am - Betty Mill's charity exhibition will be on display at Y Tabernacl, Llandudno
This collection of work by a local artist will be raising funds for St David's Hospice and Pensychnant Nature Conservation Centre. It will be showing on Tuesday and Saturday throughout May.

• 7:30pm - The British Philharmonic Big Band will be performing live at the Pavilion Theatre, Rhyl

• 7:30pm - An Appointment With Fear And Laughter will be showing at Penrhyn Old Hall, Penrhyn Bay

• 8pm - Tuesday In Llandudno will be showing at the Town Hall, Llandudno
Featuring Irish songs, country and western music, cabaret and a touch of comedy, this sensational show featuring Rachel Silva, Bryn Chamberlin and Bobby Gold will be showing each week until May 25. • 8pm - Llandudno Showplayers will be performing live at Gloddaeth United Church, Llandudno
The renowned group will be performing their 13th summer season with this sparkling show by local talented singers and musicians combined with light-hearted entertainment. • 8pm - Reginald D Hunter will be performing live at Venue Cymru, Llandudno
A regular face on TV shows like 9 Out Of 10 Cats, Never Mind The Buzzcocks and many more, this accomplished and celebrated comedian promises to have audiences rolling in the aisles.
