POLICE are investigating two residential burglaries in an area of Caernarfon.
The properties, a short distance away from one another in the Bethel area, were targeted between late December and early January when both owners were away.
Investigating officer PC Alex Hooper said: “Such crimes are very rare in Bethel.
“I am aware the village has a strong community and I strongly believe someone will know who is responsible.
“We have seized items for forensic analysis and I urge those with information to come forward.
“My colleagues from the Neighbourhood Policing Team will be providing increased visibility in Bethel over the coming weeks”.
