Man charged with causing death of Anglesey nurse Sue Owen by dangerous driving

AN Anglesey man has been summoned to appear before court charged with death by dangerous driving in relation to a collision at Pentir, in September, in which a woman died

The 30-year-old, from Gwalchmai,on Anglesey is to appear before Caernarfon Court on April 20.

The fatal road traffic collision, in which Susan Owen, from the Anglesey area, died, happened on the B4547, at Pentir, 12.46pm, on Friday, September 23.

Officers had previosuly appealed for witnesses to the collision which had involved a white BMW car and a VW transporter van.

It is believed that an item fell from the roof of the transporter and collided with the BMW travelling in the opposite direction.

The transporter had been travelling from the Groeslon Ty Mawr roundabout in the direction of Felinheli.
