Pennaf is working with local authority partners and the Welsh Government as well as sourcing private finance for now developments across the county areas of Flintshire, Wrexham, Anglesey, Conwy, Denbighshire, and Powys.

Contracts already awarded for 2015/2016 financial year include housing schemes for single people, couples and families as well as specialist accommodation such as the transformation of an existing residential home in Chirk into a new centre of excellence as a care home with dedicated dementia care services.

The Group is also continuing to support regeneration work in Flint, Colwyn Bay and Rhyl with home buy opportunities as well as creating new affordable homes to rent.

“In many cases the developments have been made possible through Welsh Government funding, secured in partnership with local authorities with Pennaf providing private finance towards the developments.

“As a group we remain fully committed to partnership working that will see a diverse range of housing options for local people across the area.”

“The current and planned developments will also provide a major boost for local economies at the same time as creating career and training opportunities in the construction sector.”
