E-Fit released of man wanted in connection with Bangor burglary

POLICE have issued an E-Fit of a man they wish to question in connection with a burglary in Bangor.

Detective Sergeant Gary Williams, of Bangor CID, said a woman was confronted in her home on Ffordd Tegai at around 2.30pm on Thursday, April 10 by a man who then fled the scene empty-handed.  

DC Williams added: "He ran out through a back door leaving the occupier unhurt but extremely distressed."

"We need to apprehend this man quickly and I am seeking assistance from the local community to help identify him."

The offender was described as white, aged between 20-25, slim and about 5ft 9 inches tall.

He had short black hair, which was shorter on the sides, a black goatee beard and prominent spots on his cheekbones.

He wore black combat trousers and a black zip up hooded top.

"If you were in the area at time and witnessed any suspicious behaviour or vehicles, or if you have any information about this break-in please phone 101 or Crimestoppers."
