Diversion
North Wales police are reporting an update in relation to a road traffic collision on the A487.
They have Tweeted that diversions are being set up at Eagles, in Caernarfon towards Caeathro and thank motorists for their patience.
Police said on social media that a two vehicle head on collision on the Bontnewydd Road out of Caernarfon near to Muriau Park and junction for Penybryn Estate, had been reported.
Now a diversion for vehicles travelling north towards Caernarfon can divert at Bontnewydd towards the Caeathro direction.
