IF YOU were in Menai Bridge over the weekend, then you may have noticed that certain roads had been closed to the public.
Two central roads were closed throughout Sunday morning and residents may have also spotted actors dressed in strange costumes walking through the town.
Welsh-language broadcaster Rondo Media has since revealed that it was due to the filming of 'Rownd a Rownd's hour-long Christmas special.
"All will be revealed when the programme is aired from 6.30pm on December 27." a spokesperson for the company said.
Rownd a Rownd is a popular soap opera which was first broadcast in 1995.
It is mainly filmed in the centre of Menai Bridge, where the TV show's set of shops are located, but does not usually force road closures.
