A 36-year-old Pwllheli man was ordered to pay £195 in a fine and costs after admitting breach of an order by being outside a block of flats in the town where his mother lives.
Andrew Jones of The Manor, Pwllheli, appeared at a weekend court at Llandudno having broken a Criminal Behaviour Order.
His solicitor Bethan Williams said he was making progress under a community order, addressing drug and alcohol problems.
