BANGOR is set to host its first ever Food Festival at the end of the month.

On Sunday, September 30, over 50 stalls will be set up all over the High Street, showcasing the best local, national and international treats available in the area.

With everything from woodfired pizzas and hog roasts to seafood, pies and burgers, there promises to be something for everyone when the event makes it debut in the City.

There will also be bars set up, selling locally produced beers, ciders and spirits and a music stage for live entertainment provided by local bands.

The Bangor Food Festival will start at 9.30am and last through until 5pm and is FREE to attend.
