NATURALIST and TV presenter Chris Packham, will visit Cemlyn Nature Reserve, Anglesey, as part of his UK Bioblitz Campaign.

The campaign has the purpose of building up a snapshot of wildlife across the UK to help measure the changing fortunes of our wildlife species and habitats.

Chris will start his Bioblitz Campaign in the Scottish Highlands on 14th July and over the course of 10 days, will weave his way around the UK, ending on the south coast of England.

He and his team’s visit to Cemlyn early on Friday July 20 will see the start of a programme of visits to other wildlife sites to celebrate and investigate conservation successes and challenges.

At each site, Chris and UK Bioblitz teams will take part in field studies to record all the living wildlife and plant species. The Bioblitz teams will include people from all backgrounds and abilities, and will be helped by wildlife experts, scientists, naturalists and conservation volunteers.
