A MUSICAL production company will be taking Holyhead back to the 1950s with its latest show.
Mary Parry’s Musical Players will perform Life’s a Cabaret at the Ucheldre Centre on Saturday, June 30 at 7.15pm.
The show, produced and directed by Mary Parry and choreographed by Caroline Shaw will feature a range of classic hits from the era, while pictures of Holyhead buildings from the 1950s, including the Old Fort Cafe, will be depicted on set. There will also be a guest appearance by the Cor Clwyd Choir, led by musical director Angela Durkin.
Mary said: “The people of this town absolutely love the shows we put on and we love seeing them enjoy it.
" I hope that this show can take the audience on a nostalgic trip down memory lane and help some of the older members remember some of the good times from their younger days.”
Tickets are available at £8 for adults and £7 for seniors from Ucheldre and Irene’s Fish Shop.
All proceeds from the show will go to Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association (SSAFA).
