A driver has been airlifted to hospital with serious injuries after a crash on Anglesey on Friday evening.
Police are appealing for witnesses following the collision on the A5025 Penysarn, Anglesey.
Officers were called at just before 6.30pm to reports of a head on collision between two cars.
The cars involved were a blue Peugeot 208 and a Grey Saab.
The Peugeot was travelling towards Amlwch and the Saab was travelling towards Benllech.
One of the drivers has been flown to Stoke with serious injuries and two other casualties have been transferred to the local hospital for treatment.
Sgt Grimes-Williams said: “We’d appeal for anyone who may have witnessed the collision or who may have any information to contact us on 101, quoting reference number W076510.”
