BANGOR estate agent Dafydd Hardy has won a prestigious accolade.
He is now the ‘Gwynedd Business Person of the Year’ following a gala dinner awards ceremony.
The Gwynedd Business Network event, which included Helen Walbey as guest speaker, took place at the Bangor Management Centre on Thursday, May 24.
Gwynedd Business Week, held between May 21- 25, got under way with a speech from Iwan Trefor Jones, the corporate director at Gwynedd Council.
The week was designed to celebrate and promote local businesses and to provide an opportunity for businesses to come together and network.
Each year, a judging panel from the Gwynedd Business Network selects one person to be awarded the prestigious title of ‘Gwynedd Business Person of the Year’.
This year, Owain Williams, of NatWest, presented the award to Mr Hardy during the ceremony.
Mr Hardy said: “I was privileged to receive the award, something I’m very proud of.
“Winning Gwynedd Business Person of the Year, in my opinion, also reflects the teams contribution in making Dafydd Hardy the best local estate agent.”
