AN eagerly-anticipated children’s event provided a great day of entertainment, despite rain.
Popular characters from S4C’s Cyw headed to GreenWood in Y Felinheli on Easter Monday and families defied the wet weather to enjoy the fun.
The presenters and characters from the children's TV string put on shows and made appearances throughout the day at the park.
A spokesman for GreenWood said: “The day was a huge success and was well received by all our visitors. The children had a fantastic time singing and dancing with their favourite TV characters."
The Easter holidays fun will continue at GreenWood for the rest of the week, where children will be able to take part in a free Easter Egg Hunt, watch shows in the Forest Theatre and much more.
