A CAFÉ is set to relocate to a vacant city centre premises.

Follow Your Bliss Cafe announced on Facebook the intention to move into the former Two Guys From Brussels store in Bangor’s High Street, which closed in December, as early as June.

Its plans also include the creation of a ‘wellness centre’, which would contain yoga studios and several therapy rooms.

Follow Your Bliss is currently situated on the opposite end of the High Street.

Owner Lesley Wills is excited by the prospect of being able to work out of a much larger premises.

“We are so busy and cramped these days at our current site that people just can’t get in,” she said.

“Some lunchtimes, it’s almost painful. All in all, we are cramped.

“The new Follow Your Bliss will be amazing, a much larger café space with lots more seating, with the same yummy menu, all gluten free and more take-aways for veggie and vegan preferences.”

Lesley says the first task is to create the ground floor café in just under three months.

“After time and with a sufficient cash flow, we are going to launch a crowdfunding bid in the next few weeks,” she added.

“We will develop the upper floors, but they do need working on.”

“Our aim is to create a wellness centre for Bangor.”

Lesley, who also runs a successful personal training business alongside Follow Your Bliss, is looking to combine her two passions in life, while also helping the community.

The café was opened in 2015 and takes its name from a quotation by the American mythologist, Joseph Campbell: “Always follow your Bliss.”
