AN ELDERLY man from Caernarfon was taken to Ysbyty Glan Clwyd Hospital this afternoon.
The Welsh Ambulance Service confirmed that the man was taken to hospital in a "serious condition" following a medical emergency.
An ambulance was called at 11.55am to attend a report of the emergency which took place on the High Street in Caernarfon.
Medics from the Emergency Medical Retrieval and Transfer Service in Wales were sent to the scene.
A crew in an emergency ambulance, a paramedic in a rapid response vehicle and an ambulance officer were present.
The man was then taken to Glan Clwyd.
