A motorcyclist who died after a crash on the A499 near Pwllheli on Thursday has been named.
He was 50-year-old Neil Cottrell from Trefor near Caernarfon who has been described by North Wales Police in a statement from the family "as a partner, uncle and friend who will be missed by all
North Wales Police are appealing for witnesses following the collision, which happened at around 11.40am on Thursday on the A499 between the village of Llanaelhaearn and Glasfryn Parc, involving a red Toyota 4x4 and a Honda motorcycle.
Anyone who was in the area at the time and may have witnessed the collision or events leading up to it is asked to contact the Roads Policing Unit on 101 or via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 quoting reference U181057.
