FOLLOWING the strong success of Awareness Festival last year, raising  more than £5000 for cancer charities, the team has been hard at work creating something even bigger and better for this summer.

Awareness Festival 2015 is teaming up with Glasfryn Wake Parc this July, to bring you AwakeFest 2015. Located just outside the iconic and stunning Welsh village of Abersoch and with its world class Wake Boarding Lake, AwakeFest will play host to the pro and grass roots wake boarding competitions; and over the acres of beautiful Welsh countryside, a multi arena festival over three nights.

With music on offer from a variety of bands and artists from across the country, including: Freedom & HiDef Soundsystem, North Wales’ leading Reggae, Dub and D&B sound systems, who will be joining up in The Big Green Shed.

The Dome will host Inner Logic, Sinewave and Revolution bringing you the best in Techno, D&B and House and Jungle, while the Live Stage will bring you the best of Welsh and English bands for a great weekend of music.

Not forgetting Strictly Underground, Outside The Box and High Grade Grooves hosting The Tent That Funk Built, as well as The Lake Stage where you can enjoy some great beats in a beautiful setting.

And if that wasn’t enough there will be comedians, poets and acoustic performers in the Piano Room, a disco, fairground, workshops, stalls, live art performances, full-weekend camping and much much more.

Once again this year, all ticket profits will go towards the following chosen cancer charities: Marie Curie, Tenovus, St. David’s Hospice, Beating Bowel Cancer, Gafael Llaw, Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation and Lyndsey Roughton Purple Heart Brain Tumour Fund.

The festival will take place from July 10 to July 12 and three day camping tickets are available from Skiddle.com: http://skdl.it/1IkcTtp and for more information find the festival on Facebook.
