Kayaks stolen in Llanberis

FIVE kayaks were stolen in Llanberis earlier this week.

North Wales Police are appealing for witnesses following the theft of five Frenzy branded orange kayaks from the Kent Mountain Centre during the early hours of Monday, August 4.

Investigating Officer PC Manon Lewis at Caernarfon Police Station said “I would like to hear from anyone who was in the vicinity of the centre in Glyn Rhonwy and may have seen any suspicious activity, has any information about who is responsible or knows the whereabouts of the kayaks.

“It is worth reminding everyone to be vigilant at all times, always ensure your property is locked and secured and if they see any suspicious behaviour to let police know immediately.”
