A TOP TV talent show is set to look for potential singing stars in Bangor.

BBC series The Voice will hold “meet and greet” sessions with budding performers at the Eryl Mor Hotel on Garth Road on Monday, May 19.

A show spokeswoman said: “Series four of the BBC’s hugely successful singing show, The Voice UK, is on the hunt for people who have a genuinely fantastic voice.

Whether you’re a solo artist or duo, if you’ve got what it takes to get our coaches’ chairs spinning we want to hear from you!”

The Bangor visit will give producers the chance to assess talent before open auditions for the 2015 series.

Singers must be 16 years or older on June 23 2014 and must have the right to live and work in the UK for more than 20 hours per week.

The winner of The Voice 2015 will receive a record deal with record label giant Universal.

Applications for the open auditions must be made at www.bbc.co.uk/thevoiceuk by June 7.
