Motorcyclist suffers head injuries after Bangor crash

A MOTORCYCLIST has been left with head injuries after a serious road traffic collision near Bangor.

North Wales Police were called to the scene of the accident, on the A487 near Treboth Garden Centre, at 2pm today (Friday), where a Suzuki motorbike and a gold Peugeot 407 were involved in a crash.

n ambulance crew attended the scene.

A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 1.56pm today, Friday February 21, to reports of a road traffic collision involving a car and a motorcycle on Treborth Road, Bangor.

"We sent a paramedic in a rapid response car and an emergency ambulance to the scene, and a man in his 40s with multiple injuries was taken to Ysbyty Gwynedd.”
