A CAR is still missing after it was stolen from the owner’s driveway in an Anglesey village.
Police are looking for the public’s help locate the blue coloured Ford C-Max, which was taken from the drive of a Rhoscolyn home before Christmas and has still not been found.
Police believe the car may still be on the island.
Investigating Officer DC Chris Burrow at Llangefni CID said “Sometime after 10.30pm on Sunday, December 15, offenders stole a blue coloured Ford C- Max car from the owners driveway in Rhoscolyn and to date it remains outstanding.
“From enquiries made so far there is a possibility it remains on the island and so I’d appeal to the community that if they have seen a blue coloured Ford C-Max and have some concerns about its origin to contact Police.
“The stolen vehicle’s registration number is WR09 TLV but I would emphasise the registration plates may have been changed”
DC Burrow added: “If you were in the area at the time and saw any suspicious people or vehicle, or have any information about this incident please contact Police.
“Please also remember to ensure your belongings are locked and secured at all times, remain vigilant and if you see any suspicious behaviour to let police know immediately.”
