ONE of Wales Air Ambulance's fleet of three helicopters has been grounded.

A Wales Air Ambulance spokesman said:  “Our helicopter operator has concluded checks on two of our three aircraft, which have returned to service.
“Checks are continuing on a third aircraft.”

The Air Ambulance, which has helicopters based in Caernarfon, Welshpool, and Swansea, use the same EC-135 T2 aircraft as the ones that crashed in a pub in Glasgow last month.
