TWO teachers working at a Gwynedd school have been suspended pending an internal investigation.

Gwynedd Council have confirmed the teachers, believed to be working at Ysgol Brynrefail, Llanrug, will not return to the school while the investigation is ongoing.

A Gwynedd Council spokesperson said: “We can confirm that two members of the Council’s teaching staff have been temporarily suspended from their posts pending the completion of an internal investigation.

"Neither the Council nor the school concerned will be making any further comment whilst the matter is ongoing.”
