Residents evacuated after Anglesey flat fire

NINE people were evacuated after a fire at a block of flats on Anglesey.

Crews from Menai Bridge and Bangor attended the blaze at the building in Llanfairpwll shortly after 2am today (Friday, March 8).

The fire, which was caused by an electrical fault in a fuse box, caused damage to the hallway, kitchen and a bedroom.

No one was injured in the blaze.
