POLICE are targeting anti-social parking in an Anglesey village.
Valley Neighbourhood Policing Team has received numerous complaints about parking on Bryngwran High Street.
Vans and cars are being parked on pavements, forcing people to venture on to the road, and vehicles are also causing visibility problems by parking too close to junctions.
PCSO Carwyn Gilford said: “Our intention is to provide a high visibility presence in the area.
We will be advising and educating car owners about the law in relation to where they are parking.”
He added: “We have the full support the Bryngwran Community Council on the matter, and any offences brought to the officers’ attention will be dealt with accordingly.”
Anyone with concerns in relation to anti-social parking can contact PCSOs Kelly Tatlock or Carwyn Gilford at Valley Police Station on 101.
