THE hunt is on for thieves who stole power tools from an industrial estate near Caernarfon.
Investigating officer PC Andy Goulding at Caernarfon Police Station said the raid happened between 1.30am and 3am on Tuesday at the Llandwrog Industrial Estate.
He said: “Thieves forced their way into a building on the Llandwrog Industrial Estate and made off with a number of items some of them holding sentimental value to the owner.”
PC Goulding appealed for information on the burglary, and added: “It is also worth reminding all business owners to be vigilant at all times and always ensure your property is locked and secured and if they see any suspicious behaviour to let us know immediately.”

The raiders’ haul included:
One MIG welder, painted yellow, SIP 200 amp.
One draper socket set in a blue plastic case.
One Britool socket set in a red painted case
Two nine inch angle grinders in green/ blue cases
One orange STIHL petrol chainsaw with a 22 inch bar
A black Ham International CB radio
Four Devilbriss suction spray guns
Assorted spanners: loose, Draper and Snap-on.
Two Bosch drills
Two Bosch angle grinders
Two Halfords RDS socket sets and a cordless LED inspection lamp (yellow and black), worth £25.
