Catherine Gower: Bethesda remanded in custody over murder charge

A BETHESDA MAN has been charged with the murder of missing Mold vet Catherine Gowing. 

Clive Sharpe has been charged with the murder of Miss Gowing, who was last seen at a supermarket in Queensferry last Friday. 

Bench chairman David Tapp yesterday (Saturday, October 20) remanded Sharp in custody to appear at Caernarfon Crown Court on Tuesday.


 North Wales Police confirmed on Friday they found a burned out car belonging to Miss Gowing in Pinfold Lane, Alltami, near a disused quarry not far from her home in New Brighton.
