Saints star Tesni Evans has jumped another two places in the world rankings.

The Rhyl teenager has just been elevated to a career-best 58th in the world and was hoping for more success when she competed in the international Meadowood Open at Winnipeg, Canada, before returning to the UK for the British National Championships in Manchester this coming weekend.

Meanwhile champions Saints Stars A retained top place in Division One after routing Chester Rugby 5-0 with wins from Adam Curry, Emyr Evans, George Thomas, Will Powell and Mark Thomas.

Saints C move up to second place thanks to their 4-1 victory over Wrexham-Brymbo, Liam Jones, Andy McGilveray, Chris Gibbs and Rolf Major sealing the success as only Sam Wallace missed out.

Saints B drop to bottom rung in Division Two after crashing 5-0 against leaders Deeside Firsts but Saints D progressed in Division Three after sinking Chester Rugby Seconds 4-1, Tyra Beattie, Lowri Roberts, Phil Owen and Steve Harris delivering, Simon Noon the lone loser.
