CAERNARFON Town midfielder Nathan Craig has completed a deadline day move to Torquay United.

The Wales Under-21 international has made the switch after a successful trial with the League Two side, and has signed a contract until the end of the season.

Torquay United Manager, Martin Ling said: "Nathan has done really well in his trial and deserves the opportunity to show us what he can do over an extended period," said Ling.

"This arrangement allows us to make a proper assessment on whether to offer Nathan a long-term deal in the summer."

Caernarfon Town congratulated the winger, who signed for his hometown team after he was released by Everton in the summer.

A statement on the club website said: “Everyone at the club is thrilled for Nathan and wish this special player the very best of luck!”
