ASA Thomas' two strikes were not enough to secure the win for League leaders Treaddur Bay, as they were held to a 2-2 draw at second-placed Llanystumdwy last weekend.
Bay took the lead in the seventh minute through Thomas, but Llan hit back three minutes later courtesy of former Bangor City striker Paul Roberts.
Meirion Pritchard gave the hosts the lead on 25 minutes, though it did not last long.
Thomas' 29th minute strike drew Bay level, and despite both teams' best efforts, neither could find the winning goal.
HOLYHEAD Hotspur Reserves put in a spirited performance, but eventually went down 3-1 to title chasing Penrhyndeudraeth.
Spurs' defence held firm for the first half, but their resistance was broken four minutes into the second half, after Matthew Hughes dispatched a penalty following a foul on a team-mate.
John O'Donovan extended the home side's lead on 64 minutes, and wrapped it up two minutes from time with a good finish.
Curt Williams' penalty gave the travelling supporters something to cheer when he converted a penalty in the last minute, but his side made the journey back empty-handed.
BANGOR City Reserves suffered a 6-1 thrashing at the hands of Llanllyfni last weekend.
Prolific Arron Hughes opened the scoring on six minutes, before a successful spot-kick on 29 minutes doubled his side's lead.
The Citizens struck back on the stroke of half-time from a Craig Whelan penalty, but Llanllyfni re-established their cushion on 49 minutes from a Wil Wright effort.
Hughes added a further two goals to his afternoon's tally before Kelvin Roberts' strike completed a miserable afternoon for City.
BETHEL claimed their first point of the season as they held hosts Bontnewydd to a 1-1 draw last weekend.
The game remained goalless until the 75th minute when Aled Steele's strike gave Bontnewydd the lead.
The home side may have been forgiven for thinking that they had scored the winning goal, but ten minutes later Ricky Bromley was on hand to score a late equaliser and help his side to a share of the spoils.
