CHRISTMAS may be over, but panto season shows no signs of slowing at the Pavilion Theatre in Rhyl.
The Entertainer caught up with Snow White star Andy Jones to find out how audiences are enjoying the traditional show.
"It's going great at the moment," said Andy, who plays Muddles in his return to Rhyl. "The reaction we're getting is amazing, and the atmosphere back stage is great. We're always trying to catch each other out on stage."
In usual pantomime tradition, the audience interaction has been a key element of the production - something which is essential to the show according to Andy.
"That's what panto is all about. As soon as you're sat there, you're part of it.
"The best part of panto is every audience is different, and that's what makes it fresh every show. Because it's a different crowd, my favourite part of the show alters from night to night, but I enjoy all of it really."
Joining Andy on stage is Coronation Street's Tupele Dorgu as the Wicked Queen, and Milkshake's Amy Thompson in the titular role.
Although there are still plenty more performances of Snow White left, the popular production continues to attract the crowds.
"There's just something about the traditional British pantomime which everyone likes," said Andy. "With me, I think the one I'm currently doing is always the best one I've ever done.
"This is my 30th panto - they'll have to drag me off stage before I stop. There's a lot of people who wouldn't mind doing that!"
