STAFF and pupils were forced to evacuate a school after a fire broke out.
Blessed Edward High on Cefendy Road in Rhyl was emptied on Monday last week after a toilet cubicle went up in flames.
A North Wales Fire and Rescue spokeswoman said two crews wearing breathing apparatus battled the fire after being called to the school at 2pm.
A toilet roll dispenser was destroyed and the loo suffered 100 per cent smoke damage.
The spokeswoman said the fire was deliberate and an investigation was ongoing.
