THE driver of a 4x4 vehicle that was found 400 yards from the summit of Snowdon is due to appear in court today, Police have confirmed.
The Vauxhall Frontera, which was spotted by a train crew shortly after 7am on Saturday morning, was found facing downhill near Bwlch Glas.
It is unclear as to how the vehicle came to be on the mountain, where it was at least four miles from the nearest road.
