Stolen dog Mikey reunited with owner

A DOG who was stolen during a burglary in Bethesda has been reunited with his delighted owner.

Police found Mikey the Jack Russell being cared for in Bethesda, after they launched a public appeal to trace him.

 "As a direct result of the media appeal, the dog has been found safe and well, DC Gwyn Williams said.

Mikey is thought to have been taken to the house in Bethesda after he followed someone to the town from Bangor

"His owner is delighted that he has been returned."

Two people have been arrested and bailed pending further enquiries in connection with the burglary.
