Llanfyllin man facing heroin suppy charges

A LLANFYLLIN man will stand trial at Mold Crown Court on June 24, charged with possessing heroin with intent to supply.

Welshpool Magistrates Court heard this week that James Jeffries, 32, of Lower Cross Keys, is accused of being found, on December 9, 2010, in possession of 9.1 grammes of the class A drug diamorphine (also known as heroin) and 2.6 grammes of the class B drug cannabis.

The charge for heroin possession included intent to supply.

The case was committed to trial at crown court and unconditional bail was granted.
