Peter’s father, also called Peter, added that he couldn’t have wished for a better son.
“Peter was always laid back - whenever anything bad happened he’d try to find a good side to it,” he said. “He was a real one off.”
The 28-year-old fromer Ysgol Friars pupil was killed in a horrific crash at 9.10pm on Friday on the A4244 near Deiniolen.

Tribute groups on social networking have been flooded with messages of condolence for Peter’s family.
Laura Standish wrote: “Good night mate. Such a shame that you’ve been taken. Rest in peace.”
