Freddy Mercury and a "Baby Shark" were among those seeking to impress the 'Dark Knight' at Rhyl town Hall.

There’s just one more chance for talented Denbighshire hopefuls to left to wow the judges of Wales Got Talent (WGT), with its final round of auditions taking place this Sunday, September 16 at Rhyl Town Hall.

The last of three Sunday talent shows this month, the event will see a mystery special guest join Mostyn's BatGaz and Belle from Beauty and the Beast in the judge's seat with Karen Woodham, of website Blazing Minds, and Danielle Johnson of the Stage It Theatre Group.

Ms Woodham, said: "The biggest highlight of the first auditions would be a Freddie Mercury act, two girls who sang wonderfully without music and the WGT production team performing the"Baby Shark" dance during their dinner break."

The three auditions dates will lead up to a live semi-final on Saturday, November 24 followed by the final on Friday, December 14 where the winner will receive a £200 cash prize, a range of prizes and their own series of live performance staged throughout next year.

The final auditions begin at 10am and is £5 to enter the competition, with part of the proceeds being donated to Rhyl RNLI.
