THREE decades of the boundless energy and limitless versatility of Joe Pasquale will be celebrated in Rhyl this month.

It’s 30 years since the comedian burst into the public consciousness on the ITV Talent Show New Faces, and to mark this auspicious moment the Pavilion will host the multi-talented comic and his new stand up tour Joe Pasquale – A Few Of His Favourite Things.

A regular on our TV screens, he is perhaps best known today for claiming the King of the Jungle crown on I’m Celebrity Get Me Out of Here in 2004, and he has since he learned to skate in Dancing on Ice in 2013, hosted The Price Is Right on ITV and makes regular appearances on Tonight at The London Palladium.

Off screen, Pasquale is currently garnering critical acclaim for his comedic and very physical stage performance as the hapless and accident prone Frank Spencer in the debut UK tour of BBC classic Some Mothers Do ‘Ave ‘Em, as well starring in the prestigious role of King Arthur in Monty Python’s Spamalot and in the equally iconic role of Leo Bloom in the touring production of The Producers.

With seemingly no end to Joe Pasquale’s talents – he is also a qualified pilot, has run a London Marathon, and will soon get his first degree through the Open University – Joes has honed his action man credentials along the way in shows such as The Prisoner X , trekked the jungles of Guyana for the Discovery Channel’s Alone in the Wild and even attempted to break the Guinness World record for the most martial arts throws in a minute.

If all that isn’t quite enough he has used his unique vocal talents to voice characters for Hollywood movies – Garfield – A Tale of Two Kitties and Horton Hears A Who.

Join the much loved comic for thirty years of amazing experiences - and some surprises for you your inner child -at The Pavilion on Thursday, September 27 at 7:30pm.

Tickets are £21, with concessions, and are available from rhylpavilion.co.uk or by calling the box office on 01745 330000.
