A BIG hearted biker is appealing to fellow riders to join him for a rally to raise money for charity.

Full-time dad Paul 'Trike' Jones from, Maesincla, Caernarfon raised almost £700 last year with a similar event touring the castles of North Wales.

This year he is inviting even more people to join him for the Owain Glyndwr Trike and Bike Run in aid of the air ambulance at midday on 13 September.

"We're starting off from the slate quay in Caernarfon and riding round the castles of North Wales and finishing at the airport," said Paul.

"There's free food and camping and we can use the airport's bar but have to pay for the drinks.

It's a really good cause and any donation no matter how small will be really appreciated," he said.

His sons Tony-Paul, 12, and Tommy-Paul, 11, have been helping their dad to raise money for the appeal with sponsor forms.

The organisers are also looking for entertainers for the after-rally party at Caernarfon Airport.

Anyone who would like to join the raleigh or make a donation can call 07876 303911 or 07827 785834.
